Break Me if You Can

Dear Ms.

Drowned me with your storms.
Cursh me with your words.
Wound me with your lashes.
Bind me with your tyranny.
Melt my soul with your eyes.
Break me if you can.
Scream at me please.
But give me no more
of your silence.

WOW!!! This is sooo true. Silence kills everything. This reminded me of so many things. Loved it!

Silence, the great equalizer, I use it myself many times

i guess sometimes the silence of the loved one can be harder to endure than any other sort of punishment...i enjoy the passion inside your words...and the fact that you didn't try to put it in a certain form gives this poem a certain air of savageness, of attempt to escape...very nice!
